About the Summit

The room that shapes
beauty's next moves

Beauty Leaders Summit is not a trade show. It's an invitation-calibre two-day strategy forum where the people actually leading the industry — CMOs, founders, innovation directors, investors — come to think out loud, challenge each other, and forge partnerships that last.

We keep it intentionally small. 120 seats. So the conversations in the hallway are as valuable as the ones on stage.

In 2024, we brought together 81 companies from 21 countries. Estée Lauder, LVMH, L'Oréal, Google, Kiko Milano, Unilever and over 70 more were in the room. In 2026, we go further.

The conversations that happen in the corridor are as valuable as the ones on stage.
That's why we keep the room small.

Attendee Voices

Voices from the room

An incredibly well-curated event. The quality of conversations I had in two days surpassed what I'd get from a full conference season elsewhere.

What sets Beauty Leaders Summit apart is the intimacy. You're not lost in a crowd — you're genuinely in dialogue with the people shaping the industry.

Head of Innovation

Luxury Beauty Brand

I left Paris with three concrete partnership leads and a completely refreshed perspective on where skincare is heading. Worth every penny.

Founder & CEO

No filler sessions, no panels that could have been a newsletter. Practical, strategic, and genuinely forward-looking.

Is this for you?

The room is curated.
Intentionally.

120 seats. No vendor floor. No filler panels. We keep it small so every conversation — on stage, at lunch, at the cocktail — is worth your time.

01

You want to know what's coming, not what just happened

Sessions are built around 2027–2030 intelligence — AI, biotech, longevity science, regulatory shifts — delivered by the people actually making those decisions.

02

You're a founder who wants to be in the room with the big players

The brands that have acquired or invested in indie labels in the last five years will be here. Not on a panel — at your table.

03

You run a regional brand and want to think bigger

EU regulations, retail shifts, and ingredient trends don't care about your market size. Your competitors are paying attention to this. You should be too.

04

You need to justify two days out of the office

Every session is built for decision-makers. You'll leave with at least three things you can act on immediately — plus relationships that take months to build elsewhere.

05

You value depth over volume

120 people means you'll actually meet the people you came to meet — not spend two days exchanging cards with strangers you'll never follow up with.

06

You're looking for investor or retail partnership conversations

Verlinvest, JamJar Investments, and Boots will be in the room. Getting in front of decision-makers in beauty investment and retail rarely happens this easily.

Not for you if
You're looking for a trade show floor — there's no exhibition hall here. You want to pitch from a stage — the programme is speaker-led, not sales-led. You need basic industry education — sessions assume you already know the landscape. You're sending a junior team member — every seat here is a decision-maker seat.

On the investment

One conversation in this room
is worth more than the ticket

A return flight to pitch a buyer in London costs more than a BLS pass. Here, 40 of them come to you.

From €699 per person · all-inclusive Both days · lunches · cocktail soirée

Why Paris, why May

You focus on
your local market.
So did they —
before they didn't.

Whether you sell in Warsaw, Vienna, Amsterdam or Athens — the forces shaping your category in the next three years are being decided right now, by people who will be in this room.

01

EU regulations hit every market on the same day

The EU Green Claims Directive, CSRD, and incoming ingredient restrictions don't ask where you're based. Being ahead by 12 months is a competitive advantage.

02

Your competitors will be in the room

The ambitious indie founders from your region — targeting the same retailers, distributors, consumers — are attending. Being absent is a choice to be less informed.

03

Retail expansion starts with relationships

Getting into Douglas, Marionnaud, or Sephora doesn't start with a cold pitch. Category managers and buyers move in exactly this world.

04

The science doesn't care about your market size

Longevity skincare, AI-driven personalisation, epigenetics — a local brand 18 months ahead on where science is going dominates its domestic market.

05

Investors are looking beyond major markets

Verlinvest, the fund behind Oatly and Fever-Tree, will be on stage. Funds scouting undervalued European indie brands are here precisely for this.

06

Paris in May is Paris in May

Two legitimately productive days with real ROI — expenseable, schedulable. The Crowne Plaza République puts you at the centre of the city.
