Beauty Leaders Summit — Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to registrations, ticket purchases and attendance at Beauty Leaders Summit, organised by IFS Group Kft.
1. Organiser

IFS Group Kft. is engaged in the organisation of professional conferences and business events.
2. Registration and Contract Formation
Registrations may be completed through the Beauty Leaders Summit website.
During registration, the participant is required to provide the requested registration details and accept these Terms and Conditions. Where online payment is available, the participant will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete payment.
A registration becomes binding once it has been submitted and accepted by IFS Group Kft. The organiser may confirm registration by email.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full registration fee must be paid within 7 working days from the date of issue of the invoice if bank transfer chosen.
IFS Group Kft. reserves the right to refuse admission to the event if the registration fee has not been paid in full before the event.
Available online payment methods may include Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro, depending on the payment provider.
4. What the Registration Fee Includes
The registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, conference documentation where applicable, lunches, refreshments and official networking breaks during the event.
The registration fee does not include travel, hotel accommodation, transfers, insurance, visa costs or any other personal expenses.
5. Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Where applicable, IFS Group Kft. may provide information about recommended hotels or preferential rates, but hotel bookings remain the responsibility of the participant unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellation by the Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to support@beautyleaderssummit.com.
If a participant cancels more than 30 calendar days before the start of the event, IFS Group Kft. may retain 50% of the total registration fee and refund the remaining 50%.
If a participant cancels 30 calendar days or less before the start of the event, or does not attend the event, no refund will be due.
Failure to attend the event does not cancel or reduce the participant’s obligation to pay any outstanding registration fee.
Participant substitutions may be accepted at the discretion of IFS Group Kft., provided that the request is made in writing before the event.
7. Changes to the Event
IFS Group Kft. makes reasonable efforts to deliver the event as advertised. However, the organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, agenda, timetable, venue, format or other event features where reasonably necessary.
Such changes may be caused by circumstances including, but not limited to, speaker availability, venue requirements, supplier issues, travel disruption, force majeure events, government measures, security concerns, low registration numbers or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, provided that the event is substantially delivered.
8. Postponement or Cancellation by the Organiser
If IFS Group Kft. postpones the event, the registration will normally be transferred to the new event date.
If IFS Group Kft. cancels the event and does not provide a replacement date or equivalent alternative, the participant may be offered either a credit toward another IFS Group Kft. event or a refund of the registration fee actually paid.
IFS Group Kft. shall not be liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants in connection with the event.
9. Delegate Information and Event Communications
By registering for the event, also participating as speakers, all participant acknowledges that IFS Group Kft. will process personal data for the purposes of event administration, registration management, payment processing, communication with participants and delivery of the event.
IFS Group Kft. may also publish or share limited professional delegate information, such as name, job title, company, email address and country, in connection with the event where this is necessary for event networking and participant experience.
Marketing communications and sharing of contact details with sponsors will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and, where required, based on separate consent or another lawful basis under applicable data protection law.
Participants should review the Privacy Policy available on the Beauty Leaders Summit website for further information about data processing, data sharing, retention periods and data subject rights.
10. Photography and Video
The event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or video material.
IFS Group Kft. may use event photography and video recordings for event documentation, marketing, promotional and communication purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable photography or video should contact the organiser before the event so that reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate the request.
11. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff and venue personnel.
IFS Group Kft. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant from the event if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or damaging to the event, the organiser, the venue or other participants. In such cases, no refund shall be due.
12. Liability
IFS Group Kft. shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, travel costs, accommodation costs or other consequential losses arising from participation in, changes to, postponement of or cancellation of the event.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Participants are responsible for their own property, travel arrangements, accommodation and insurance.
13. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFS Group Kft. from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from the participant’s unlawful conduct, wilful misconduct, breach of these Terms and Conditions or damage caused by the participant to the venue, organiser, suppliers or other participants.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from the organiser’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
